Orders typically arrive in 5-8 business days, sometimes faster. Every order ships with tracking, once the order shows delivered with a delivery confirmation to the address provided in the order we no longer accept responsibility.
Custom Orders – No Returns / No Refunds
Order Cancellation, Returns & Chargeback Policy
All BadgeBuddies.com badges are custom made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final and non-refundable once production has begun.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details prior to checkout, including but not limited to:
• Text and spelling
• Colors and layouts
• Titles, credentials, and role designations
• Logos or uploaded artwork
If you are working with our customer service team on a fully custom order, approval of the final proof—whether written, electronic, or implied—constitutes full authorization to proceed with production.
Production may begin immediately upon order placement or proof approval. Once production has started, the order is considered in progress and cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or disputed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only on the same calendar day the order is placed, and only if the order has not yet entered production.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason.
Errors & Replacements
In the event that BadgeBuddies.com makes an error, we will gladly correct or replace the item at our discretion, provided the error originated on our end.
Errors resulting from customer-submitted information, approved proofs, omissions, or late change requests are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
In-Stock (Non-Custom) Items
Non-custom, in-stock items such as non-customized lanyards, badge reels, holders, and accessories may be returned with prior written authorization only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with BadgeBuddies.com, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
• All custom products are made to order and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production begins.
• Custom badge production constitutes a customized product and made-to-order service, which is exempt from standard return and refund rights.
• An order is considered fulfilled once it has been produced according to the approved details and shipped to the address provided by the customer.
• The customer agrees to contact BadgeBuddies.com directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Any chargeback initiated for a valid, fulfilled custom order will be formally disputed using order confirmations, proofs, production records, delivery confirmation, and this policy as evidence.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, refusal of future service, and recovery of associated fees, where permitted by law.
Policy Acceptance
By completing checkout and submitting payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
