Refund/ Return Policy:
We ONLY accept returns for items that are defective or that might contain an error caused by Badge Buddies that differs from the exact order placed. We DO NOT accept returns for customer error or simply changing your mind. Each order is specifically produced for each customer, therefore orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order enters production.
Changes/ Errors:
Please be sure to double check your order upon checkout. The page following step #4 of the order process is your proof. If you require a change and/ or correction on your order please email us at Orders@badgeBuddies.com with your change request.
Please note: changes must be received within 48 hours of the order being placed to guarantee any changes. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after 48 hours as it might already be in production.
